Šťastnej kopec sleeps up to 33 guests across 7 bedrooms — 5 rooms and 2 apartments. When you rent the whole chalet, every bed and all shared spaces are exclusively yours. The capacity cannot be exceeded, not even by short visits.

Renting the whole chalet starts at CZK 33,500 per weekend and CZK 83,500 per week (Saturday to Saturday). The rate is the same all year round; energy consumption is charged on top. The minimum stay is 2 nights. At full occupancy that works out at roughly CZK 830 per person per night.

Yes. The chalet has a heated outdoor pool (open since 2026), a hot tub and a wooden soaking barrel available year-round. When you rent the whole chalet the wellness area is private — used by your group only. An infrared sauna is in preparation.

Yes, the chalet is equipped for group events. There is a covered outdoor pergola for 40 people with a summer kitchen, a lounge with a bar and beer tap seating 30, a professionally equipped kitchen and parking for 6+ cars. It regularly hosts team-building events, weddings, sports training camps, yoga retreats and family celebrations.

The chalet stands alone by the forest in Deštné v Orlických horách at 780 m above sea level. By car it is roughly 50 minutes from Hradec Králové, 2 hours from Prague and 2.5 hours from Brno. Ski slopes and cross-country trails are a few minutes away, the centre of Deštné about 5 minutes by car. Parking at the chalet is free.

The whole-chalet rate covers all 33 beds, the wellness area (pool, hot tub, soaking barrel), a fully equipped professional kitchen, the lounge with bar and beer tap, the covered pergola for 40, an indoor playroom and outdoor playground, ski and bike storage, a fire pit and parking. Energy consumption and the municipal tourist fee are charged separately.
