Yes. All 5 rooms and both apartments have a private bathroom with toilet en suite, so no family has to share a bathroom with another. For a group property of this size that is unusual — most chalets with this capacity offer only shared facilities.

Renting the whole chalet starts at CZK 33,500 per weekend and CZK 83,500 per week (Saturday to Saturday). The rate is the same all year round; energy consumption is charged on top. The minimum stay is 2 nights. At full occupancy that works out at roughly CZK 830 per person per night.

Yes, the chalet is equipped for group events. There is a covered outdoor pergola for 40 people with a summer kitchen, a lounge with a bar and beer tap seating 30, a professionally equipped kitchen and parking for 6+ cars. It regularly hosts team-building events, weddings, sports training camps, yoga retreats and family celebrations.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement — please tell us in your enquiry what animal and how many you plan to bring. They cannot be brought without agreement, so that we can plan around allergy-sensitive guests and cleaning.

The whole-chalet rate covers all 33 beds, the wellness area (pool, hot tub, soaking barrel), a fully equipped professional kitchen, the lounge with bar and beer tap, the covered pergola for 40, an indoor playroom and outdoor playground, ski and bike storage, a fire pit and parking. Energy consumption and the municipal tourist fee are charged separately.

The minimum stay is 2 nights. Weekly stays run from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure; different times can be arranged in advance.
