Terms of stay

Booking and payment

• A booking is only made once we confirm your dates in writing. An inquiry on its own does not hold the dates.
• After confirmation, please pay a deposit of 50 % of the price of the stay within 7 days. We hold the dates until the deposit arrives.
• The balance is due on arrival at the latest.
• The minimum length of stay is 2 nights. Weekly stays run from Saturday to Saturday.
• Please bring a valid ID on arrival — we are required by law to keep a guest register.
• The municipal tourist tax is paid on site in line with the current municipal decree.

Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. The cancellation fee is calculated from the total price of the stay, based on how many days remain until arrival.

• ✓ If you find someone to take your place on the same dates, we charge no cancellation fee.
• ✓ If we have to cancel your stay, we refund everything you have paid in full.
• ✓ For dates booked far in advance we recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation.

Arrival and departure

• The chalet is ready for you from 15:00. On your departure day, please vacate it by 10:00.
• We are happy to agree a different arrival or departure time in advance — just give us a call.
• The capacity of the chalet is a maximum of 33 guests. It cannot be exceeded without the owner’s consent, not even by short visits.
• On arrival we will show you around, hand over the keys and explain how the wellness facilities work.
• Please park in the designated spaces by the chalet.

Deposit and cleaning

• A refundable security deposit of 10,000 Kč is collected on arrival to cover any damage.
• We return the deposit in full on departure, after we walk through the chalet together. Any damage is deducted from it.
• You receive the chalet clean, and we ask you to hand it back the same way: dishes washed, waste taken out and sorted, equipment returned to its place.
• The final clean (floors, bathrooms, changing the bed linen) is on us. If the chalet is left in a mess, however, we charge a fee of 6,000 Kč.
• Bed linen and towels are ready for you in the rooms.

Energy consumption

• Actual energy consumption is added to the whole-chalet rental price.
• We read the meters together at the start and at the end of your stay, and settle the difference on departure.
• Please use energy sparingly — close the windows when the heating is on and switch off the lights in rooms you are not using.

House rules

• Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 7:00. The chalet stands on its own, but we still ask you to be considerate of the neighbourhood and of the horses in the adjacent pasture.
• Moving the furniture is not allowed. Please return all other equipment to its original place.
• Guests are fully liable for damage to the chalet and its equipment. Please report any damage straight away, not on departure.
• Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children throughout the stay — this also applies to the garden, the playground, the fire pit and the wellness area.
• Pets are welcome by prior arrangement — please let us know about them when you book.

Safety — wellness and fire

• You use the sauna, hot tub barrel, whirlpool and heated pool at your own risk and in line with the operating instructions we give you on arrival.
• Children may only enter the wellness area accompanied by an adult.
• Entering the wellness area under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances is not permitted.
• Use the fireplace, grill and outdoor fire pit only for their intended purpose and never leave them unattended. Always put the fire out before you leave.
• Handling open flames inside the chalet (candles, sparklers, sky lanterns) is not permitted.
